Public Discourse
We believe in the power of educators and changemakers to build new narratives that decenter hierarchy, transform systems, and move us beyond extractive ways of thinking. Public Discourse supports this long-term transformational work by funding people who create and connect ideas.
We Fund & Connect
Shifting deeply ingrained narratives requires fresh approaches to education, communication, and engagement. We work directly with practitioners of varying disciplines and perspectives who are developing original storytelling around climate breakdown, architecture, and social and ecological change. We create pathways for ongoing dialogue and exchange through our public programming; curated multi-media platform, revisions; and new open-access educational program, Center for Planetary Pedagogies.
Public Programming
Our public programming brings together people and ideas through live events around the world that encourage discourse and foster an active, informed, and engaged community.
revisions
revisions is a curated multi-media platform and publication for conversations around architectures of planetary well-being that explore the relational frameworks connecting our social and ecological systems.
Center for Planetary Pedagogies
Center for Planetary Pedagogies (C4PP) is a free educational program cultivating awareness around environmental concerns through the integrated study of Critical Spatial Practice, Ecological Thought, and Social Design. Each module has been created by collaborators from re:arc institute’s educator fellowship program, offering distinct and new perspectives around organizing, designing, and building.
